When will I receive my items?

All items are produced and shipped from our facility within one business day of purchase. Once shipped, standard delivery times apply. You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email. Please note that international deliveries may take longer due to customs regulations.

Order Issues & Modifications

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at Contact@grieced.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address. Otherwise, we’ll need to wait until the package is returned to us before we can resend it.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is marked as “undeliverable” and returned to us, we will reship it to you at no additional cost.

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us for assistance.
